White Grill in Nevada

Great little burger place and rarely do you get the opportunity to eat at a burger joint established in 1938. The restaurant is quite small but it adds to the experience. The portions are very large so I would recommend sharing a side of fries. The burgers were great, definitely worth a visit.

Absolutely delicious burgers, onion rings and shake! Deluxe service, one waitress did a fantastic job in the nearly packed restaurant. She was friendly, considerate and efficient as well as loyal to the establishment. Open for 85 years because of the great burgers! Traveling and will remember this place!

The bacon cheeseburger and onion rings were amazing! And very large portions! The restaurant us a bit small and it was packed! The waitress got to us quickly and we got our food fast! Prices were reasonable! The waitress did an amazing job taking care of our large group! If we make it back to the area, we will be back!

A great throw back diner. The burgers are fantastic, the fries and rings are fresh. Servings are in the heaping range and the prices are surprising low for what you get. Service is super friendly and quite attentive. My wife was trying to reposition her straw in her drink, and the server came running thinking she needed a refill. This place is definitely worth a mile drive off of I 49 if you are passing Nevada Missouri. You can always opt for a normal McWendy King, but if you do, you will miss out on a bit of nostalgia. Stop in and experience 1938.

Simple yet delicious burgers. Always a great choice. Burgers are juicy and greasy, breakfast is delicious as well. If you're coming through town, this is a must try!

This is a true landmark and a historical site in Nevada, Mo.It is small but a wonderful place to visit. The food is great and wonderful atmosphere. That will take you back in time.

The food is ALWAYS great! The staff is all very sweet and welcoming. There is plenty of delicious items to choose from on the menu. It reminds me of the perfect mom and pop shop, kind of like going to Grandma's house.

First time to visit. Burger was a dried out crunchy patty. And I waited an hour to get it. Not a good experience. Young man who took our order was very kind.

Only been there once but I will be going back! Great cheeseburger steak with cottage cheese and Suzy Q's . I feel if I could have ordered one of everything I would have. It was a very old-fashioned but clean and wonderful amounts of food

Fantastic real hamburgers. Cheese was melted onto my burger and my bun. Onions were grilled and then placed on the burger. Fantastic onion rings oh my goodness they melt in your mouth. Staff extraordina friendly and helpful great experience. First time I was ever there..

Best burger ever, the omelets are monstrous. This is as "down home" as it gets. Prices are so great - this place is two hours from home and we're already talking about a day trip for lunch.

Really the best sloppy hamburger an hugh tasty tenderloin was fresh perfect cooked Hamburger had grilled onions on it w cheese melted into it real meat on it ,chicken strips big an cooked perfect all tasty an low price also all carry out at this time .

Great food at a great price. My family of four ate great for just under $35. Friendly cashier. Kind of hidden, but a great find.

Wanted the hamburger plate and asked if they could switch the suzie q's with tots (same price on their website) they said no which was annoying but okay. So I asked if they could leave them out entirely and they did not and I had to purchase tots on the side. It's just generally really annoying because it sticks to the cheeseburger and I imagine it shouldn't be too hard to just simply not add the items to my box? If anything it probably saves them a couple cents.

Very good food. Abundant on suzie q fries...one order will be sufficient for a family. The only downfall is they should invest in bigger plates so there is room to put ketchup on your plate. Otherwise, food was good and plentiful.

Great little burger place. If you're passing through, it's worth the effort to go here. The food is fresh, fast, and priced right.Protip: the Suzy Qs are awesome, but a single order will feed two adults, maybe three. Get a milkshake. They're amazing.

My Favorite hamburger place. The shirt the cook wears says, "Hamburger Paradise," and boy is that ever true. It tastes fantastic! Get one of their shakes too!

This is a neat place, and I'd certainly try to visit if you're passing through Nevada. It is very small inside. We were lucky to find two spots. Even with a small space it took as long for someone to acknowledge we were there as it did for the food to arrive. :) Great food. I'd try it again.

Great place to eat the corner stone of the Ma and Pa diner. The dining room needs to be expanded for more customers until that happen it will never be 5 stars.

Very good local diner. Think "Waffle House meets Steak and Shake". The food is made right in front of you and a lot of it is homemade, including the onion rings. It has a "greasy spoon" kind of feel. I'd go back.

Great hand made beef patties and good food. My only major complaint is not much sitting room. Other than that, this is wonderful food at a good price.

The White Grill is a Legend Restaurant! People come from all over to eat here! Famous movie stars and also local people alike will come hear for the Amazing handmade real Burgers🍔🥞🥓pancakes bacon and eggs real biscuits and gravy . Yummy great food No matter what you order!
